Registration & Attendance

Attendance is complimentary for invited guests, but registration is required to ensure your seat.

Food & Beverage

Yes. A light breakfast during the registration hour (8:30 a.m. – 9:30 a.m.), and a full lunch will be served at 12:00 p.m.

We will provide unlimited beverages (including coffee, tea, and water) throughout the entire duration of the event. A mid-morning snack will also be served during the transition between sessions to keep everyone fueled.

Arrival & Logistics

The event is held at the Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center, located at 1300 Pennsylvania Avenue NW, Washington, DC 20004.

On-site parking is available in the Ronald Reagan Building’s underground garage. Please bring your parking ticket to the registration desk; we will provide parking validation please ask the Journey’s registration desk. The parking garage is open 24/7, and there are three entrances: 14th Street, Pennsylvania Avenue, and 13½ Street. We recommend the 14th Street entrance for easiest access to the conference wings.

The building is easily accessible via the Metro. The Federal Triangle Station (Blue, Orange, and Silver lines) is located directly on-site.

Yes. As this is a federal building, all guests must pass through a security screening and show a valid government-issued photo ID. Please allow an extra 10–15 minutes for this process.
